Well I'm now celabrating the newly revised intrest in my book. I've started writing in it again and I shall continue to write in it. I forgot how much fun it is to write a story and see all the parts come together as a whole. I will try to write a piece of "Birth Keys" at least every month. Very possibly more often then that, and if I'm unable to write it I shall tell you here and give a good reason for my lazziness.

Yay! Huzza! and all things of that nature.

Yay! I got a four day weekend ahead of me! And from the looks of things it might snow! This can only mean one thing: Chaos. And not the cheap kind that you can get at any party store. no, this is raw, un-molested, pure and un-leashed chaos! Not only will I have twice as much free time on my hands. But it's possible I'll be able to use snow to accomplish many feats of daring (and stupidity). I'm not sure what all I'll do if it doesn't snow. But I'm sure I can come up with something. My Aunt is always telling me I should use the wonderful imagination God's given me. So I guess I will.

In the meantime I shall content myself with sitting here typing on this blog or face book where I'm more commonly found. And before I go I have a quick joke for you all.

Hmmmm.

Well I just finished dinner at the house. It was good and I would eat it again if I wasn't stuffed already. It was some kinda pizza noodle thing with hamburger and cheese and stuff. And right now I'm full, warm and can barely type due to rockwall climbing residual pain and tiredness and stiffness in my fingers. It's funny really, I'm wearing a superhero t-shirt of superman and wishing I was spider man. But if I really were to be a superhero I owuld be a wolverine type guy or someone/thing simmalar to that gambit dude. but enough with my ramblings I'm off to facebook and then to bed or something.

Hmmm......'tis a far, far better thing I do to be updating my blog than browsing the Internet. However it seems that this is what I have been doing and forsaking this blog......But I think I have figured out why I haven't been posting very much. I was to worried about length. So from now on whenever I get the chance I shall post my thoughts no matter how short of long.

Tis a strange thing; moving to a different country. I was so used to the American pride and love of his or her country. And even if someone didn't like what was going on in the higher reaches of our legal system they still loved the country they lived in. The freedoms, the people, the culture and all the other wonderful things that America has to offer. But now that I have moved to Canada and have talked to several Canadians (an unavoidable task since they're everywhere... :P) I've come to find out that America, is rather disliked up here. It's strange really. The media insanity doesn't help much either. Some people think that all Americans Carry guns and weigh 600 lbs! I am taking great pride in befuddling people about America and making them re-think their bias'. And a word to my American friends and country men. Don't say out loud what you do not know for certain. Especially about a particular people group. It makes them mad and if it's not true you may end up looking not very smart.

Well now. It's been a longish time since I last posted on this here site of wonder. Not much has happened in the way of interesting but I'll tell you my version of the highlights.(highlights are listed 1-10 in orderr of coolness as I see them)

1. I fliped a rino. (a side-by-side atv thingy)
2. I'm moving to Canada.
3. I got rid of 60% of all my earthly possesions.
4. I turned 16 since I last posted.
5. I'm going to public Canadian school on the 31st.
6. I broke my writers block and am now working hard on PT 2 revised so stay tuned.
7. For once I'm not wearing a black shirt.
8. I've stoped eating as much. Not sure to what the cause may be but I'll keep y'all posted.
9. I'm going to the "Y" this afternoon.
10. I'm sitting in a dark basement as I type.

Be afraid, be very VERY afraid!!! MUWAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!!!

Well it has come to this. I am now a semi-fully lisenced driver. (Some Missouri law) So all of you guys need to be carefull out there. The Josh factor just hit the streets! Be afraid, be very VERY afraid. I passed my test with a 90% out of 100% and the only things I messed up on were the paralelle parking and one lefthand turn. Not sure what happened there but it's all good. I'm so excited!

I'm dreadfully sorry about the sporadicality of my posts. I'm going to say that I've been "busy". But, if you prefer I'll state what you're all probably thinking anyways: "He's not busy, he's lazy!" And alas! 'tis true. But I'll fill you in on what's been going on!

For starters I'm trying to get back into shape. (you may all stop laughing now.....). I've been keeping to a strict push-up schedule. I'm up to doing 55 in one go. This is about half of my current goal. If anyone has anything less boring to do that's just as effective. Please let me know ASAP! Push-ups are very basic...and thus get boring. Fast!

This is also accompanied by my picking up my sword again and practicing with it. (Also a good method of scaring the passing children on the street.....) I think I'm better now than I ever was! I guess It's because there's less people to talk to during class, (you know who you are).

And wile we're on the subject of blades, I shall inform you all of my knife throwing fascination. I was told how to do it properly and am now attempting to do so in the proper manner. You're supposed to hold the knife by the light end and point the center of gravity towards the target. The rest, I've come to find out, is more or less a matter of luck. But don't worry folks. The only injury's possibly cause by flying knives will be the blunt force trauma induced by the wrong end making contact after a ricochet off of a tree. o_O

On Headbanging and Other Things

Did you know that there are several different ways do "headbang"? No? Well then I am here to edjucinate you. Let us begin.....: One way, (and possibly the most popular) is the "forward-backward-full-head-bob". This move is generated usually during a slower rock song or a rap/pop song. Many would consider this the standard and would leave headbanging at that. Noooo. This is only the beginning. Another method is the "Tiny-look down-concentrate on the music-hippy-bob" This is mostly used during your typical heavy song with deeper lyrics. Usually used by one or all of the guitarists and/or the less superficial fans. Yet another (and my personal favorite) is the "Full body-headache inducing-super bang". This is used by the crazier fans and/or the guitarists or drummer in the band. This particular head band is to be used with caution and is for head banging masters ONLY! And is not, I repeat, not, to be used on anything lighter than a metal core smash hit! These are the most popular methods of banging and there are many more such as: "Rhythmic body thrash with stance and guitar" and "jumping smash head bang". you can also combine these movements into something totally unique and powerfully effective to the specific song you are listening to.

Now that you are fully aware of the power and might of the headbang your assignment is to go find your favorite song and "bang" to it.

In other news. I'm currently in Nashville Tenn. and will be leaving for home tomorrow and (thankfully) arriving tomorrow.

That was fast! I hate fast!

Well I just finished the most amazing week of my life so far. Got to spend quality time with some good friends. Playing video games, talking, running ect. But I'm wondering. Not only was it the most fun week ever but it was also the fastest. How does this happen? You want a moment to last and it goes, or you want something to go quick but it goes slow? It makes me sad just thinking about it. We'll never get that time back and we'll always wonder if we spent it the right way. Then there is yet another question. What is the right way to spend a week?

Bi-lingual Pastors, Geodes and Mountains!!

Well yesterday can be summed up in one word: totally and freakishly awesome!!! (OK so it's four words but one just wasn't enough!) We started last Sunday out, much like any other Sunday at home. We got up, got ready and went to church. We this Sunday was allot different. We got up, we got ready, and went to and Vietnamese church!!! That's right I said Vietnamese! It was totally cool (even though I understood about...none...of the words.) It was cool none the less. And after the service we got invited by some friends to go and cookout in the mountains of Oregon. (only 30 min. away!) The got there and decided to go for a walk. Walking through the valley was really nice and we found and went into caves. My mom almost stepped on a rattlesnake. And we had a wonderful time.

Roadtrip!!

Well right now I'm in a hotel room Ogden Utah. Why am I here you may ask? Well my family and I are on our way to Nampa Idaho do receive yet another round of missionary training. I'm working on a video about how we got up here. I would post it to this here blog but I am hindered by two things.

1. I can't upload videos to this blog.

2. I left my camera chord at home!

So if anyone wants to go to my house and fed-ex me my chord I'll be happy to make my video and post it to my face book. Sorry for all my readers with out one.

but on a different note. We will be driving the last of the way to Nampa tomorrow. That will take us about 5 hours and then we are home free....until may2nd then we drive like crazy all the way down to Florida!!!!! I'm going to work my tail off in school so's I get the Florida trip off. =))) Wish me luck people!!!!

Update!

Well we recently took a trip to Kansas City Mo. This post is a little late considering we got back on Sunday night. But oh well I'm posting now and you (the reader) are going to sit back and enjoy!



We go up there and I'm still a little sicky from the flu. (not how I wanted to be spending my time at my uncles house.) So my parents decide to leave me home at my uncle's house wile they went down to Tulsa Oklahoma. (this was the original destination. K.C was just a stoping point in the looooong drive down there.) I was fine staying home alone sick. I even got to help my family get to Tulsa by being home. I'm sitting on the couch (this couch is awesome btw!!) And the phone rings. Now under normal circumstances I try to avoid answering the phone when I'm sick or at other people's houses. Well at his point I'm both sick AND at someone else house! So I look at the caller I.D and recognize the # as my dad's cell. So I pick up and answer. Turns out that the alternator ligh came on (again, this had been a problem the wole way up there and my dad had put a new alternator in and hoped that it fixed the issue. We were wrong.) So they had me look up the nearest Auto Zone/Napa/anything that fixed cars in the general area of Joplin. We found a place and they got the car fixed and contunued on thier way. I was told when they got home that I missed a good time and that they were very nice people. (they had to be. They let them stay at thier house overnight for free!!)



The next day we're still at my uncles house and it turns out that he has a band performance sceculed for that evening. So I went with him and my aunt. (she was in the band thingy too.) To supposedly help them set up and when that was done they would run me back home. This is not how it went. My uncle forgot something that he kinda needed and it just so happened to be at his church that he leads worship at. So going inside and getting his stuff we pass by the kanga drums and he asks if I can play. Thinking he's joking I say "sure I'll try" truns out he was trying me out to play in his band that night!!! Apparently I have a halfway decent sense of rythm. Who knew?! So I got to play in the band and be all cool and british rockerishy.

And yesterday Daniel and Emily (my siblings for those of you who are new.) Went to the dentist and poor Daniel had to get 5 of his teeth pulled!! Poor guy came home with like six pounds of gauze in his little mouth. I felt sorry for him though. I know what it's like to come home and not know what in the world is going on! He's fine now and living like a, well, normal boy.

And tomorow I'm going with my dad to go fishing! So no e-mails cause we're leaving at like 55 in the morning!

Ok, time for a new post.

It's time once again to make a post. It's been a wile since I updated last for which I apologise. But not very much has happened that is blog worthy. But seeing as to how a few thing have happened I shall blog. For starters our ministry support is going up nice and steadily. (albeit somewhat slowly) And I've decided to be a pastor when I decide to "grow up". I got a new toy recently on a trip to Columbia Mo. It's a Daisy model 93a B.B handgun. I looked it up on the Internet and found out that it is easily the most powerful thing I've ever owned!! So look out western hemisphere! Josh is armed and only somewhat dangery. X-D

On another note. I'm looking into video blogging!! So now just in case my bad spelling and poor grammar wasn't enough. I'll be able to do that in multi-media!!! So crank up the Dolby THX and sit back and behold the site that has yet to be revealed. The "Josh Factor"!!!! The spin starts here!

Ahh..the joys of a good breakfast!

Okay. You know how some days you can have a really bad breakfast and then the very next day you can make up for it by having a really good one? This has happened to me!! =) Yesterday I had two sausage biscuits and a glass of milk. (now you're all like "that sounds like a great breakfast why in the world would you complain about those?!) Well I'm not complaining about the biscuits or the sausage. I had a couple of bad breakfast days in a row so there!! Anyway today was a WONDERFUL breakfast day. I got up and started my hunt routine to find something to eat. (It is called my hunt routine because I "stalk" around the kitchen looking for something to eat.) And today was no different. I didn't find anything that looked good at the moment. (taco surprise isn't a very good breakfast food. XD) And I complained to my mom about how the was nothing to eat. And she got up and made me apple turnovers!!!! These turnovers are most likely going in my top ten foods list. (more on that later.) But these are the BEST turnovers in the world! And the best part...They were made with Mountian Dew!!!

I got it!!! But before I tell you what I got I'll have to give you a brief history of the last 4 months or so. /inhales deeply/ When we left Fla. I had just achieved the prestigious rank of blue belt in International Tae Kwon Do. The forms that were/are required to attain this rank were fresh in my mind and I knew them inside and out. Well as you all recall. I moved. And after moving over 500 miles the odds were not so good for me staying at my old school. =8 So after about 2 months of nothingness and couch warming I started looking for a new school to attend. This proses took about another month and by this time I was WAAAAY out of practice and needed a good refresher. (Miss Marsy is yelling at me right now and I'm sure some of my friends are too. Faith, Nina, Dylan and Katie!!) Everything would have been fine and dandy if this school did the same types of forms that my old school did. =/ And to top it all off my new instructor didn't know the forms either! But came to my knowledge that he has a book that has the forms in it!! (why he didn't tell me sooner IDK but any who....) So tonight I got it again!! You may yell/congratulate/pick on/virtually shake your head at me in the comment section below. /exhales finnaly/

first post of the year and an awsome video.

Well this is my first post of the year and also my first video on this here blog. And now for the update: I'm doing ok and so is the family. Right now my Aunt and Uncle are over so this can't be a long post. But everyone is doing ok and is in good health. And also just today I came across this video on the world famopus youtube and Thought it was da bomb!! And since the bloger people are being stupid I will just tell you what to seach.
